Application:

The Automatic Rotary Volumetric Dry Syrup Filling and Pick and Place type Screw Capping Machine works on the principle to fill the syrup in the bottle and subsequently threading and sealing the cap on the bottle mouth.

Powder Filling & Capping Process:

The Automatic Rotary Volumetric Dry Syrup Filling and Pick and Place type Screw Capping Machine works on volumetric principal. The empty bottle comes from previous operation to dry syrup filling and capping machine through conveyor. The empty bottle forwarded through feed worm to in feed star wheel to bottle turret which took center neck of the bottle in funnel. At that time with the help of air pressure the syrup would suck from Syrup hopper to syrup wheel piston at desired volume. When bottle sensed by sensor at that time syrup will flush through syrup wheel piston with the help of air pressure in funnel cup and from than in bottle. The funnel wheel is on vibrator mode for easily filling the syrup. The filled bottle goes for next operation of capping immediately. The cap comes from bowl with the help of chute to cap star wheel. From that cap star wheel cap pick up by capping head and put on neck of filled bottle and through a whole rotation it will thread and seal the cap on bottle mouth and then out feed star wheel and feed worm passes the bottle for next operation.
